The artist retains all copyrights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The purchase of an original painting does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

Reproduction Rights

The artist reserves the right to photograph, reproduce, publish, and display images of the artwork on the Paintings by Susanna website, social media, portfolios, exhibitions, promotional materials, publications, and other products or reproductions.

No party other than the artist may reproduce, license, or use images of the artwork, in whole or in part, for merchandise, prints, or any other product, without prior written permission from the artist.

Use by Buyers

Purchasing an original painting grants ownership of the physical artwork only. It does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display digital copies of, or create derivative or licensed products from the image, unless separately licensed in writing by the artist.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

Images and content on this website may not be used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or to generate derivative works via AI tools, without express written consent from the artist.
